When using pine construction formwork, alloy saw blade with more than 100 teeth and edge saw with rail shall be used for formwork cutting; If building formwork with different shapes and sizes is required, use a portable electric saw for cutting; After cutting and punching the building formwork, special edge sealing paint must be used to seal the cut, which can effectively prevent the formwork from deformation and cracking due to water absorption; In addition, when nailing or punching holes on the formwork, wooden battens must be placed under the board to prevent the back of the board from splitting due to suspension; The edges of all ex-factory formwork shall be sealed with edge sealing paint to reduce the penetration of water. If the formwork is cut or drilled on site, all cutting edges and the edges of holes shall be coated with appropriate waterproof paint.
